Secondary School Transcript issued by the Ministry of Education of Peru, showing five years of secondary education

How to Apply
Submit (bring in person or mail) Original Certificate or Diploma that was issued to you at the time of graduation to our office. Transcript / Record of courses and grades may be required as well if it was issued as a separate document.
Certified and notarized translations are required together with the originals for the documents that do not have English version. If translations are not provided we can translate your documents for an extra fee.

College or University Studies
Required Documents
TÃtulo de Profesional Técnico
Professional Technical Degree awarded upon completion of a three-year program from an Institute of Higher Education (Instituto Superior)
Grado Académico de Bachiller
Academic Degree awarded by the University after five years of study.
TÃtulo Profesional de Licenciado
Licentiate Professional Degree issued by University, and is awarded upon the completion of the academic degree (Bachiller), and the research project and/or thesis
TÃtulo Profesional
Professional Degree is awarded upon completion of the five-year program of academic studies, in addition to the research project/thesis
Grado de MagÃster
Master's Degree awarded after 12 - 24 months of graduate study.
