How to Apply
Option 1: Submit (bring in person or mail) Original Certificate or Diploma that was issued to you at the time of graduation to our office.
Transcript (Додаток) may be required as well

Option 2: If you graduated in 2000 or later in some cases documents can be accepted via email
Certified and notarized translations are required together with the originals for the documents that were issued in Ukrainian only. If translations are not provided we can produce them for an extra fee
