How to Apply
Option 1: Please contact the Ministry of National Education in Haiti and ask that they mail the ORIGINAL General Secondary Education Certifcate directly to our office in a sealed envelope.
Option 2: You may bring or mail the ORIGINAL General Secondary Education Certificate to our office, however it must be in a sealed envelope from the Ministry of National Education and must contain the signature and seal of the Ministry.
Please also submit certified English translations of all documents. If you do not have translations, Globe can provide them for a modest fee.

Option 1: Contact your university and ask that your official transcripts be mailed directly to our office in a sealed envelope.
Option 2: Mail or bring your ORIGINAL transcripts to our office. (Scans, faxes, photocopies and notarized copies are not considered original documents and cannot be accepted).
