Required documents for China

Option 1: Contact your school and ask that your official transcript be mailed directly to our office in a sealed envelope. The transcript should be sent directly from the school and must include the school's signature and seal on the envelope.

Option 2: Mail or bring your ORIGINAL Graduation Certificate Education Certificate and ORIGINAL transcript (in Chinese) to our office. (Scans, faxes, photocopies and notarized copies are not considered original documents and cannot be accepted).

Please also send certified English translations of all documents. If you do not have translations, Globe can provide translations for a modest fee.

Option 1: Request the institution you attended to mail your official academic transcript, including all subjects taken and examinations passed, directly to our office in a sealed envelope.

Option 2: Submit (bring in person or mail) Original Certificate or Diploma that was issued to you at the time of graduation to our office.

Transcript / Record of courses and grades (for all years of study) may be required as well.

Copies of Graduation and Degree Certificates from 2001 and later may be submitted for Diploma/ Degree Evaluation (subject to verification).

Certified and notarized translations are required together with the originals for the documents that do not have English version. If translations are not provided we can translate your documents for an extra fee.
